School Trip Parents Evening

Dear Parents

As previously notified we will be facilitating our unit of inquiry entitled 'Natural Disasters' with a trip to Pompeii.

We will leave on Tuesday February 2nd and return on the evening of Saturday 6th.

We are booked in the Hotel Giosuè a Mare in Sorennto. www.giosueamare.it

This is a hotel that is regularly used by schools making this excursion.

I will be visiting the hotel and the general area in early January, I will therefore be holding a parents information evening at 5.30pm on Monday 11th January.

I look forward to seeing you at this time and I trust you are as excited as the students about this excellent educational opportunity.

The Real Noun

Sometimes the same word can be a noun, verb, or adjective, depending on how that word is used. Note the two underlined words in each sentence and draw a ring around the noun.

1. Please don’t use too much water when you water the lawn.
